What Swipe to Grow does

You give us your product’s website, and sometimes a few notes of your own, and Swipe to Grow reads that into a list of audiences (who your product is for) and problems (what those people struggle with). You swipe through the problems to say which ones matter, and Swipe to Grow writes reels: short, TikTok-style posts built from a handful of photo slides and text, aimed at one of those problems. You review every reel before it goes anywhere.

Reading your website and writing reels both use AI models, which we reach through a service called OpenRouter. The website text and any notes you give us are sent to those models to produce the lists and the reel text.

Trying it before you have an account

You can start a product and go through onboarding without signing in. While you do, your browser keeps a randomly generated code in its local storage, so you can come back to that product later in the same browser. That code isn’t tied to your name or email until you sign in and claim the product; after that, your account owns it.

Connecting your TikTok account

You connect a TikTok account by signing in with TikTok, or from the account menu once you’re signed in; either way you use TikTok’s own login screen. That gives us the account’s TikTok open ID, display name, and avatar — enough to show whose account is connected — and lets us read the account’s public posts and its follower, like and post counts, to show them to you. It never gives us your TikTok password. You can connect more than one TikTok account.

Once connected, we store an access token and a refresh token that let us act on your behalf. We only post when you take an explicit action to post or send a reel to your TikTok drafts, either right away or by scheduling it for a time you pick — Swipe to Grow never posts to your account by itself. A scheduled post goes at its time with the settings you chose when scheduling it, until you move it or take it off the schedule. Posting means either publishing a photo carousel directly to your TikTok account or sending it to your TikTok inbox as a draft, whichever you choose.

You can disconnect a TikTok account at any time from the account menu. Disconnecting deletes its tokens and cancels what is scheduled for it; it doesn’t remove anything already posted to TikTok, which stays under your TikTok account.

Anything you post to TikTok through Swipe to Grow is also governed by TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We’re not responsible for how TikTok handles, ranks, or moderates content once it’s posted there.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Swipe to Grow to:

• generate or post content that’s illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or breaks TikTok’s own rules;
• impersonate a person or business you’re not authorized to represent;
• feed us a website, notes, or photos you don’t have the right to use;
• try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the app or the services it depends on;
• resell or provide the service to others without our agreement.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your content, and what we generate for you

You own the website content, notes, and photos you give us, and you own the reels Swipe to Grow generates for your product. We don’t claim ownership of any of it. What you give us, and what we generate from it, you’re free to use, post, edit, or discard however you like.

By using the app, you give us permission to store and process what you give us, and the reels we generate from it, for the purpose of running the service: reading it, writing reels, showing them to you, and posting them when you ask us to.

AI-generated content isn't guaranteed to be right

The audiences, problems, and reels Swipe to Grow produces come from AI models reading your website and notes. They can be wrong, generic, or miss the point of your product. Review every reel before you post or send it anywhere — you’re responsible for what you choose to publish.

No warranty

Swipe to Grow is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the reels it writes will perform well, or that using it will grow your following or sales.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows it, Centrive Oy’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Swipe to Grow is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you haven’t paid us anything, to a nominal amount. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Ending your use of Swipe to Grow

You can stop using the app at any time, and delete your account and data from the account menu in the app or by emailing hello@swipetogrow.com. We can suspend or end an account that violates these terms or the acceptable use rules above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Swipe to Grow after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This doesn’t take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
